All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, returns based on quality concerns, personal preferences, or customer reviews will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect items received
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with an unedited parcel opening video as proof. Claims reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- Tags must be intact
- Original packaging must be available
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days after processing. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
