Shipping Policy

Standard shipping charges apply across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
Every order is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
In case of a damaged or defective product, a parcel opening video is mandatory and must be shared within the same day of delivery.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed immediately.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
We ship through trusted logistics partners. Delivery partners are authorized to deliver only sealed packages and are not permitted to provide open deliveries.
Estimated delivery timeline: 2–6 business days depending on location.
⁠If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability at the time of delivery or inability to connect via the registered phone number, no refund will be provided. In such cases, the order can be re-shipped upon payment of additional shipping charges.
